So many times I have found myself looking to others for help with fixing my problems. Believing I have what it takes only comes through hearing myself say it (REPEATEDLY), and the actions that follow.
The simple truth is, no one can save you but YOU! Others can show you the path, but success only comes when you decide to take the required steps.
Always remember that YOU are the solution to every problem you encounter. This is applicable to not only your weight loss journey, but also every area of your life.
When in doubt, take action! Here are five action steps to help you strengthen your belief in yourself:
1.Visualize your life from start to now, and take inventory of every win you have achieved, every obstacle you have overcome, and all the good that has come to you.
2.Write out your specific goals, whatever they are, big or small.
3. Do a brain dump of everything you know to do to reach your intended goals. Here’s the key though, you don’t have to know it all!
4. Commit to taking action on one of your goals in the next 24, 48, and 72 hours.
5. Hold yourself accountable to meeting your deadlines, and CELEBRATE your wins ❤️
